extends INetworkDeviceService

Represents an Ethernet device in ESF. This API extends the INEtworkDeviceService because an IEthernetDeviceService is an INetworkDeviceService as well. CONFIGURATION: IEsfConfigurationService interface Configuration will be accepted in the form of key/value pairs.
